AC, Staten Island’s front man, is back with a brand new buzztape hosted by infamous mixtape organization The Empire and the ‘strongest team in the streets,’ Tapemasters Inc.

This project comes in the wake of the rapper’s critically-acclaimed Attack of the Blogs Part 2 contest (hosted by Clinton Sparks) and September 11th tribute 911 In Retrospect, AC’s Memoirs. The highly-anticipated Send the Scouts Out buzztape features 17 original songs, including previously leaked cuts “Little Did We Know” and “About No One.”

The set includes appearances from STS, J-Hype (of Mental Instruments), Fes Taylor, Michel Aubertin, Termanology and Baby Pun, the son of the late Big Pun. Production credits include Mental Instruments, Best Kept Secret, Hasan Insane, Astronote, Mike Cash, Rain and J Glaze.

Kim who is focusing on releasing just singles for the time being also spoke about her next album, which she says will have production from Timbaland, Wyclef and Detail.

Cam’ron has announced an August release date for his upcoming album Gunz N’ Butta featuring the Harlem native’s newest protégé, Vado.

Vado, who is also from Harlem, co-wrote the 16-track album with Cam’ron, including the lead single “Speaking in Tungs.”

“It’s our first album and I promise it’s so much of a classic,” Vado told AllHipHop.com in a statement. “It’s like all the Boss of all Bosses tapes put together. We hit y’all from all angles—we hit y’all from the streets, for the ladies, for the club… It’s five stars, man.”

After the August 31st release of Gunz N’ Butta, Vado will drop a solo mixtape titled Slime Flu.

Gunz N’ Butta is being distributed by E1 Entertainment.
