On Thursday, Eminem & Jay-Z kicked off their Home & Home concert series at Comerica Park (Detroit) with guests 50 Cent, Dr. Dre, D-12, Drake, Young Jeezy, B.o.B, Trick Trick, Denaun Porter, Memphis Bleek, and Bridget Kelly.

Skee talks to Scott Storch about his return to working with Dr Dre, Dr Dre & Jay-Z’s “Under Pressure,” and that Detox is almost ready.

Over the last seven years, practically every two weeks, Dr. Dre has promised that his highly-anticipated new album Detox would be released soon. And every time a release date is announced, we all flock like sheep, just to be duped once again.

The Game recently sat down with Ballerstatus on how he reconnected with Dr Dre.

Dre: You wanna work?
Game: I’ll be there in 20.

According to Nation that is.  He says “Under Pressure” said to be the first single from Detox, is going to drop this Friday.  It’s an uptempo record, with the hook written by Ester Dean.

Dre and Jimmy Iovine talk about the Beats headphones some more, and eventually, he confirms “Under Pressure” will be dropping within the next 2 weeks, and Detox will finally drop this year. How about that second question she asks though,

“Sees like an unlikely product, for someone who has been doing what you have been doing for so long, being an entrepreneur, a producer, a rapper, why this product and why now?”
Are you kidding? The guy is one of the best producers of all time, sound is his life!

Dr Dre & Jimmy Iovine come by Fenway to promote his new Beats By Dre Red Sox Edition, and to take some batting practice at Fenway. “Under Pressure” Dr. Dre feat. Jay-Z, coming soon?

Well this should make the rumors official! I’m excited but still skeptical. Stay tuned!
