Rosie O’Donnell had her first big guest on her new Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) talk show last night — Mariah Carey. As rumored, the pop diva discussed among many other things, the fact that not only is she the new spokesperson for Jenny (the “Craig” has been dropped), she also lost 30 lbs. on the weight loss program after initially losing 40 lbs. of water weight, following the birth of her twins Moroccan and Monroe earlier this year.

Mariah and Rosie went on to talk about the way they initially met, when Carey was just a little girl living in Long Island. And fans will be happy to know that the songbird is working on new material.

“I’m breathing again that I’m writing songs again,” Mama Mimi said to Rosie. “My kids are such an inspiration for me.”

Mary J. Blige graced the couch on British talk show “Alan Carr: Chatty Man” to promote her upcoming album My Life II… The Journey Continues (Act I). The Queen of Hip-Hop Soul laughed until her makeup started running while chatting with the English comedian.

She discussed the possibility of becoming a judge on the U.K. version of “The Voice,” not being “polished” like her peers Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston, her relationship with Diddy, and rap alter ego Brook Lynn.

“I don’t want to talk about Brook Lynn because she gets really ugly,” said MJB. “She’s the person that really protects Mary from all of the people that have horrible things to say about her. I keep her tucked away.”

Trey continued his promo campaign by stopping by Funkmaster Flex’s show on New York’s Hot 97. He plugged his charity concert on November 25th at the Highline Ballroom. Flex also brought up the twitter conversation between him and Joe Budden over model Yaris Sanchez and Trey dismisses the confrontation between himself and his alleged side chick. His EP ‘Inevitable’ will be released November 29th.
