The NFL’s newest owner, Shahid Khan, is looking to unload his majestic 223-foot yacht for the cool price of $112 million. The Jacksonville Jaguars boss recently put the 2007 German-made vessel he calls the Kismet up for sale with Moran Yacht & Ship of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.

What do you get for $112 million? A better question would be what don’t you get? The ship comes loaded with a formal dining salon, disco, teak decks, jacuzzi, sauna and gym. High-end woodwork details everything from a beer keg to a motorcycle hatch with crane. There’s also a 25-foot Chris Craft boat, Yamaha WaveRunners and other surpasses, the Florida Times-Union reports.

The ship sleeps 12 guests in six impressive staterooms with crew of 17, including three stewardesses, a chef, a sous chef and the always important masseuse, beautician and therapist.

If the asking price is too high for your modest budget, Khan is making his big boat available to rent as the much more affordable price of $600,000 per week — plus expenses — for Caribbean cruises over the winter and about $789,000 a week for summer trips to the Mediterranean, according to the Times-Union.

Khan denied he’s selling the boat to help cover the cost of buying the Jaguars. “That check has cleared. (The boat being for sale) is totally unrelated to the Jaguars,” Khan told the Jacksonville Daily Record. (He also said if he had owned the Jaguars a few years ago he would have had Jacksonville select Tim Tebow.)

By the way, the Kismet’s asking price ($112 million) is 34 percent more than the entire Jaguars player payroll (around $73 million) last season.

The 2007 German-made vessel is called the Kismet.

When hip-hop mogul Jay Z has something to say, fans listen.

On Monday morning, the Brooklyn native announced that the NBA Nets would have a new name once they take the court at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn in approximately one year.

“We’ve decided that the final name would be the Brooklyn Nets,” said the rapper who grew up only minutes away at the Marcy Houses and later at 560 State Street.

“I’m giddy right now.”

The Center which has seen its share of controversy from local residents who opposed its development will host a wide range of events from NBA games to college basketball to major concerts.

“I’m going to open the building with a couple of concerts… maybe like eight,” said Jay Z.

“This is something for everybody. This will have something in all price ranges. I think it’s going to be the most beautiful arena in the world,” added developer Bruce Rattner.

The rapper, music industry titan, husband of singer Beyonce and soon-to-be-dad, will now have plenty of reason to come back to his old borough. He  told Good Day New York’s Rosanna Scotto that he was proud of his involvement with Barclays.

“It’s already created so many jobs… there are lots of vendors,” added Jay Z speaking from the plaza at Atlantic Terminal overlooking the Center.

‘When you’re from Brooklyn there is a certain moxie you have… a certain confidence,” said Rosanna Scotto.

“I like that. You know what it is, it’s deep love. Biggie had a line ’spread love that’s the Brooklyn way. It’s a deep love we have for our heroes. We walk around with that,” added Jay Z whose real name is Sean Carter.

As for any surprises yet to come from the mogul and NBA heavy-hitter, “the Nets will have new colors, but we’re not ready to announce that yet.”

The 18,000-seat arena will have luxurity suites designed by Jay Z.

“We’re about 50 percent sold,” said Brooklyn Nets CEO Brett Yormark speaking with Good Day New York.

Williams, 29, and Stosur, 27, were in the first game of the matchs second set when the Australian went after Williams forehand shot. But just before the ball hit Stosurs racket, Williams belted out Come on! Stosur barely tapped the ball, and the score went from 30-40 to deuce.

Eva Asderaki, the chair umpire at Arthur Ashe Stadium, gave Williams a code violation and a point penalty giving the game to Stosur.

Reacting to the decision, Williams did not quite have a repeat of her 2009 on court calamity, when she physically threatened a lineswoman who called her for a foot foul in an obscenity-ridden rant.

But she was heard to say the following to the umpire: Dont even look at me. I promise you, dont look at me Dont look my way, What a loser, Youre a hater, A code violation because I expressed who I am? Really? But the kicker which could potentially be seen as a threat was: If you ever see me walking down the hall walk the other way.

Williams was called for hindrance, which is an interpretation of her yell of Come on! as deliberate interference. Once the point and game were awarded to Stosur, the crowd at Arthur Ashe booed for over a full minute. But that didnt slow the ninth-seeded Australian, who rallied against Williams, pushing the 13-time Grand Slam champ around the court with strong forehands and powerful serves.

It looks like Williams narrowly avoided another on court meltdown along with the $82,500 fine and two-year probation by the Grand Slam committee that she was handed after her notorious 2009 tirade. After her loss on Sunday, Williams explained herself.

I just yelled, Come on! Williams said. It was a great shot. It was beautiful. I hit it like right in the sweet spot. I dont know. It was a good shot, and it was the only good shot I think I hit. I was like, Woo Hoo!
