Mary J. Blige was the calm before the storm on “The X Factor.” While tears were shed on last night’s elimination episode, the R&B songstress soothed with an acoustic performance of her My Life II cut “Need Someone.” After leaving the stage, Mary tweeted her support to booted contestant Rachel Crow. “Keep your head up!!!!!!!!” she told the 13-year-old singer.

Mateo bares it all as he covers Rihanna’s smash hit “We Found Love” for the first edition of his new ‘Stripped Cover Series.’

T-Pain turned off the Auto-Tune and showed off his natural voice on Tuesday night’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” Teddy P. took a seat at the piano on the outdoor stage in Hollywood to perform “Drowning Again,” one of the most personal songs off his brand new album rEVOLVEr (in stores now). Dressed in his weird leather straight jacket, he returned for his second performance of new hit “5 O’Clock,” accompanied by Skye of Sophia Fresh and One Chance.

T-Pain turned late night to early morning on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.” Accompanied by his band and backup singers, the Florida native kicked off the promo for his new album rEVOLVEr by performing his Lily Allen-sampled single “5 O’Clock.”

He also showed off his real voice in a skit for comedy website Funny or Die. Wonder what he sounds like without the Auto-Tune? You might be surprised, haha.

“Ya’ll ready to party with me tonight?” asked Kelly Rowland during the final date of the BBC Radio 1Xtra Live 2011 tour at London Brixton Academy on Thursday (Dec. 1). During her headlining gig, the sexy diva performed her solo hits and brought out a couple special guests.

She reminisced with a Destiny’s Child medley and delivered new material from her newly released album Here I Am, including the No. 1 smash “Motivation.”

Rising R&B singer Luke James joined her for “All of the Night” and she connected with Big Sean on the Hit-Boy-produced single “Lay It on Me.”
